Are you good enough? We all know Instagram is a Are you good enough? 

We all know Instagram is a highlight real of everyone’s life. We post what we want to share and leave out what we don’t.

Usually those consist of our “imperfections” so all you see is:

✅ only eating whole foods
✅ no days off
✅ a perfect night/morning routine
✅ never drinking alcohol 
✅ toxin free everything
✅ hitting macros to a T everyday

Now, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be your healthiest self. Absolutely nothing. Unless of course you have no life because of it, then that’s debatable👀

But you don’t have to be the definition of health in order to BE healthy.

You just have to be good enough🤷🏼‍♀️

So, yes, I value hormonal health and longevity BUT I also;

🫣 drink occasionally 
🫣 enjoy my daily cup of coffee
🫣 buy lotion that’s probably not the best 
🫣 I don’t buy organic 
🫣 I don’t ALWAYS do my night and morning routine 
🫣 I overeat/under eat sometimes

But I do the right things often and well enough to reap the benefits of living my healthiest life. FOR ME. 

Perfectionism is not the goal.

BALANCE is. I hate that word because it’s so subjective but idk what else to say😂

Suspect you have estrogen dominance? 👇🏼 Si Suspect you have estrogen dominance? 👇🏼 

Signs like: intense PMS, heavy cramping, heavy periods, breast tenderness, mood swings, weight gain, and intense bloating can all be tell tail signs of high estrogen.. 

Notice how i say “intense” all of these pms symptoms are normal to have TO SOME EXTENT 

It should not cause you pain and influence your day to day living AT ALL 

‼️so what can you do if you have high estrogen levels‼️ 

✅ support your liver 

Do this by fueling your body with whole nutrient dense foods, castor oil packs, and avoiding toxins (pesticides, alcohol, even your lotions can cause hormonal distress) 

✅ eat foods that support estrogen metabolism 

Cruciferous veg (broccoli, Brussels, cauliflower) flax seeds, chia seeds

 ✅ heal your gut

 Management of stress is a big one here, along with diet (shocker) eat fermented foods with lots of pro and pre biotics! 

✅ maintain a healthy weight 

Being over weight, over fat i should say, can cause estrogen dominance symptoms.
