5 signs you estrogen is high on life ☘️ So, I 5 signs you estrogen is high on life ☘️

So, I’m always an advocate if “test, don’t guess” because symptoms can be similar for a lot of issues especially hormonally.

HOWEVER 👉🏼 these are some common ones to look out for that are signs of high estrogen levels in ladies

Excessive estrogen is commonly known as “estrogen dominance” this is where your body isn’t producing enough progesterone to balance out estrogen AND/OR your body isn’t effectively getting rid of estrogen and it’s getting recycled back into the body.

Common signs are

⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

‼️ weight gain
‼️ bloating
‼️ fatigue
‼️ moodiness
‼️ hair loss

Among other things

First off👉🏼 what’s causing this?!

1. Birth control is a culprit
2. Excess fat (body fat produces estrogen)
3. Stress and high cortisol
4. Inflammation

Here’s how you can go about fixing it ⬇️

✅ reducing body fat and maintaining a healthy body weight for your body

✅ managing stress levels through breathing, eating breakfast, getting morning sun, sleeping, meditation, deep breathing. Your nervous system is so commonly disregarded when we need to pay attention to it‼️

✅ eat whole, nitrogen dense foods and limit inflammatory foods like excessive alcohol consumptions, highly process foods, etc

✅ exercise regularly. Cycle with your cycle to help manage over training and stress levels. Over working your body in the luteal phase WILL effect your progesterone levels and if you were paying attention 👉🏼 we want to increase that!

Have you tried all these and it’s still not working?

Frustrated?

Want your energy back?

👉🏼DM ME “HEAL MY HORMONES” to finally get started meowwww🐱

‼️HA long and short term effects‼️ I’m ‼️HA long and short term effects‼️

I’m not here to scare you BUT not getting your cycle due to hypothalamic amenorrhea is not something to ignore

And you may already be starting to feel the effects of it if you haven’t had your cycle for quite some time..

‼️ You’re feeling cold all the time
‼️ your hair is falling out
‼️ your nails break too easily
‼️ you’re anxious 😬
‼️ you have no libido what so ever
‼️ you’re having digestive issues

All of these are your body’s way of telling you something is WRONG and losing your cycle is a pretty big indicator that something is off.

And if you wait long enough you can also dip into some more long term effects of HA like

🚨 osteoporosis
🚨 psychological issues
🚨 cardiac issues
🚨 infertility

While those are extreme and can be reversed if you regain your cycle back, it’s something to think about because it can happen…

Personally didn’t have my cycle for 4 years and 💯 experienced all of the short term effects, it sucked.

I feel so much better having a regular cycle both mentally and physically🩸🩸

Have you ever lost your cycle? What was the biggest thing that allowed your body to get it back?⬇️⬇️⬇️

You pay for speed 🏎️ We all struggle with i You pay for speed 🏎️

We all struggle with investing in ourselves, especially when it’s a big investment that isn’t tangible.

You can’t touch it, you can’t see it, and you can’t quite feel it (yet)

Before becoming an online coach, I was the same way as you😝

➡️ thinking I can do it all on my own and yield the same results

➡️thinking it wasn’t worth it

➡️clutching on to my hard earned money because I couldn’t quite see the value in a coach or mentor

The first coach I had was a nutritionist that helped me heal from bing eating and my relationship with food. At first I was sceptical…

But once I pulled the trigger and dropped 2 grand on her program I was suddenly very invested in getting my result. Since then I’ve spend a whole lot more on my personal growth💪🏼

We all hold a lot of worth in money, it runs the world 🌎 and it took me dropping 2k on this program and her guidance to FINALLY GET RESULTS THAT I WANTED.

🌸and I’d do it again in a heart beat🌸

That investment eventually got me to a place where:

✅ I no longer think about food 24/7

✅ binge urges are no more

✅ I can cut/bulk without being scared of my thoughts

✅ I could turn the energy I spent obsessing with other things like my career and relationships

It’s priceless to me

So if you’re on the edge about investing in yourself and your health, know that it is actually worth it and might be the push you need to get to where you wanna be

Pay for clarity and speed

Or spend years trying to figure it out for yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️ time is money😘

Focus on these 3 things to get your cycle back 🤌🏼💪🏼

Hypothalamic amenorrhea aka loss of period is defined as:

when your hypothalamus (endocrine gland in your brain) causes your period to stop for 3 consecutive months or longer.

Common causes include excessive exercise, stress and undereating. So, in order to get your cycle back, it makes sense to reverse engineer those causes🙌🏼

➡️ fuelling your body more

Calorie consumption for active women is more that 1200-1500 calories PLEASE STOP THIS. You need at least 2000+ cals to maintain an active live style AND a healthy menstrual cycle 🔄 to get your cycle back you likely need more because of the steep energy deficit your body has been in.

➡️ lighten up the exercise

I personally don’t suggest stopping exercising completely unless it’s necessary. There are so many ways to modify and move your body in a more gentle manner than just putting a stop to it and laying on the couch 🛋️

However, exercise is a stressor and needs to be addressed either by lowering intensity and duration

➡️ stressssss

Mental stress from work, school, personal life all play a roll in a missing period. Why? Because as women we are super sensitive to stress. Think about it like this, if our body is already under a lot of stress, it’s not going to add the stress of pregnancy 🤰 so it stops your cycle completely.

Likewise, have you ever noticed your period is late one month that you had a lot going on? That’s a sign to manage your stress levels my girl!

I go into more depth oh HA and my own personal story on my blog➡️ message me “HA” to read it! I’ll send you the link 🔗
